	1. You can drop off your parcel at a BOXNOW locker near you at any time, 24/7. Start your return request here.
	2. Fill out your return request online by selecting "Return to Locker BOXNOW" and follow the steps to choose the option that suits you.
	3. Print the voucher you will receive upon completing your request and attach it to the parcel you are returning.
	4. Visit the locker you selected, enter the code you will find on the voucher and in our message, and carefully place your parcel in the locker that opens.

Choose a different size

Your new order (free of shipping cost in Greece) will be registered as soon as your return is approved by the team. In case the size you requested is no longer available, you will be informed!

Return voucher

The credit on the coupon will be sent to you as soon as your return is approved, via email as well as an sms, after you fill it in the section "Do you have a return or discount coupon?" in the last step of registering your new order. Don’t forget to press redemption! The return coupon remains valid for redemption for one year from the date of issue. The return voucher remains valid for redemption for a period of one year from its date of issue
